Co to jest

„Z góry” to prosta gra w przeglądarce. Wybierasz miasto, widzisz wycinek zdjęcia lotniczego i stawiasz pinezkę tam, gdzie według Ciebie to jest. Im bliżej, tym więcej punktów. Możesz wyzwać znajomego na ten sam zestaw zdjęć i porównać wyniki. Nie ma kont ani rejestracji.

Skąd są zdjęcia

Zdjęcia pochodzą z ortofotomapy Głównego Urzędu Geodezji i Kartografii (GUGiK), udostępnianej bezpłatnie do dowolnego wykorzystania na podstawie art. 40a ust. 2 Prawa geodezyjnego i kartograficznego. Źródło: Ortofotomapa: GUGiK. Wycinki zostały pobrane z usługi GUGiK jednorazowo i są serwowane przez grę; gra nie odpytuje GUGiK na żywo.

Wyzwania i wyniki

Wyzwanie dla znajomego to ten sam zestaw zdjęć. W wersji z serwerem gry link zawiera tylko identyfikator pokoju, wyniki zapisują się na serwerze przez 30 dni, a serwer sam liczy punkty i dopiero po Twoim strzale pokazuje, gdzie było zdjęcie. Szczegóły: polityka prywatności.

What it is

“Z góry” (“from above”) is a simple browser game. You pick a city, see a crop of an aerial photo and drop a pin where you think it is. The closer, the more points. You can challenge a friend to the same set of photos and compare scores. There are no accounts or sign-ups.

Where the photos come from

The photos come from the orthophoto map of the Polish Head Office of Geodesy and Cartography (GUGiK), free to use under art. 40a(2) of the Polish Geodetic and Cartographic Law. Source: Ortofotomapa: GUGiK. The crops were downloaded from the GUGiK service once and are served by the game; the game does not query GUGiK live.

Challenges and scores

A challenge for a friend is the same set of photos. In the game-server version the link carries only a room id, results are stored on the server for 30 days, and the server computes the points itself and shows where the photo was only after your guess. Details: privacy policy.
