Polityka prywatności
SZKIC, nie porada prawna. Opisuje grę z 18.10.2026 razem z trybem z serwerem gry.
zg-nick — nick, który wpisujesz przed grą;
zg-lang — wybrany język;
zg-rounds — wybrana liczba rund;
zg-aid — losowy anonimowy identyfikator (nie zawiera nicku ani danych osobowych), służy do liczenia powrotów; zg-first, zg-last — daty pierwszej i ostatniej wizyty;
zg-events — lokalny dziennik ostatnich zdarzeń w grze (do 1000 wpisów);
- Zdarzenia (statystyki): rodzaj zdarzenia (np. rozpoczęta gra, wynik rundy), parametry (miasto, poziom, liczba rund, wynik), data, anonimowy identyfikator
zg-aid i ewentualny znacznik kanału. Bez nicku. Służą do liczenia graczy, powrotów i wysyłanych wyzwań. Okres przechowywania: ❓ do ustalenia.
- Dziennik dostawcy hostingu: serwer WWW, jak każdy, widzi adres IP i nagłówki przeglądarki; dostawca hostingu (planowo Cloudflare) prowadzi własne logi techniczne poza kontrolą gry. ❓ zakres i okres wg dokumentacji dostawcy.
Z kim łączy się Twoja przeglądarka
- z serwerem gry (strony, zdjęcia, czcionki, skrypty, a w wersji z serwerem także interfejs
/api/…);
- z
tiles.openfreemap.org (mapa do stawiania pinezki).
Twoje prawa
❓ Do uzupełnienia po konsultacji prawnej: podstawa przetwarzania, administrator, prawa dostępu i usunięcia (pokój i przebiegi można usunąć na prośbę, jeśli podasz identyfikator pokoju z linku), okres przechowywania zdarzeń, czy zg-aid wymaga zgody.
Administrator i kontakt

Privacy policy
DRAFT, not legal advice. Describes the game as of 18 Oct 2026, including the mode with a game server. To be approved by Marcin; consult a lawyer if in doubt. Items marked ❓ are unverified.
In short
No accounts, no cookies, no ads, no cross-site tracking. The game can run in two ways: on its own in your browser (your data stays with you) or with a game server that checks the answers and stores challenge results (described below).
What is stored in your browser (localStorage)
zg-nick — the nickname you type before a game;
zg-lang — your chosen language;
zg-rounds — your chosen number of rounds;
zg-aid — a random anonymous identifier (it contains no nickname or personal data), used to count returning players; zg-first, zg-last — dates of your first and last visit;
zg-events — a local log of the latest in-game events (up to 1000 entries);
zg-src — a channel tag from the address (?s=…) if you arrived through such a link; zg-internal — a marker for team devices (?internal=1).
You can delete them in your browser settings.
Game server version: what the server stores
- Challenge room: city, level, number of rounds, a random photo-set number, creation date. A challenge link carries only a short room id (
#r=…), not scores; your friend sees your score only after finishing their own game.
- Game run: nickname and, for each round, where you placed your pin (coordinates), the distance from the target, points and the round time, under a random run number. The server computes the points and tells you where the photo was only after your guess. Rooms and runs expire after 30 days.
- Events (statistics): the kind of event (e.g. game started, round score), parameters (city, level, rounds, score), date, the anonymous identifier
zg-aid and an optional channel tag. No nickname. Used to count players, returns and challenges sent. Retention period: ❓ to be decided.
- Request limits: an hourly counter for a salted hash of your IP address (the address itself is not stored) and for the anonymous identifier; counters are deleted after 48 hours.
- Hosting provider logs: a web server, like any other, sees your IP address and browser headers; the hosting provider (planned: Cloudflare) keeps its own technical logs outside the game's control. ❓ scope and period per the provider's documentation.
Who your browser talks to
- the game server (pages, photos, fonts, scripts, and in the server version the
/api/… interface);
tiles.openfreemap.org (the map for placing your pin). Like any web server it sees your IP address and browser; we send it nothing beyond ordinary requests for map tiles and styles.
Fonts and the map library are not loaded from Google or any third-party CDN.
Your rights
❓ To be completed after legal advice: legal basis, controller, access and deletion rights (a room and its runs can be deleted on request if you give the room id from the link), retention of events, whether zg-aid needs consent.
Controller and contact
The controller is GoldenSeed Studio, contact: kontakt@goldenseed.studio. The controller's identifying details (name or company name and address) are provided on request at this address.
